Dustin Ford
Our Pensacola, FL Connection:
On September 16th, one week after his 18th birthday Dustin Ford shipped to Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, IL. He continued his training at Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC) Pensacola FL, on May 23rd 2003 and graduated the Air Traffic Control AC(A1) course.
In July 2003, Dustin reported onboard the USS John F. Kennedy (CV-67) stationed out of Mayport, FL. While deployed in the Persian Gulf during the Summer of 2004 he supported Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn.
In October 2006 he reported to NAS Meridian, MS. Prior to transferring he Married his wife April M. Ford.
In November 2009, AC2 Ford reported to the USS John C. Stennis stationed out of Bremerton, WA. Completing two deployments in the Persian Gulf, and controlled the final air operation mission in support of Operation Enduring Freedom
In December 2012, AC1 Ford reported to Naval Air Station Key West, FL. Recognized for his ability to control aircraft and manage a division he was designated as Facility Watch Supervisor and Leading Petty Officer.
In June 2017, Dustin returned to NATTC Pensacola, but this time as an instructor. Within the next six months he was designated as a Master Training Specialist and a Subject Matter Expert at the Naval Air Traffic Control Training Center.
Coming from a family with 30+ years of real estate experience in Florida and North Carolina he decided that real estate was the best way to assist his fellow military members. Recognizing the importance of happy and healthy military transfers inclusive of real estate rentals and purchases Dustin and his wife April became REALTORS and joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate team. Focusing on families in the Florida panhandle Dustin and April will also be completing their North Carolina real estate licenses in the near future to assist their family with their business.
